Meet Kristen

Kristen is proud to call Southwest Missouri her home. After years of personally investing in real estate, she and her husband Garach, knew that 3% Realty was the business that was near and dear to their hearts They are proud to bring 3% Realty Partners to the Greater Springfield area. Kristen spent many years working in health care and enjoyed that responsibility that came with caring for her patients. She feels the same passion for her clients in real estate transactions as well! Whether buying or selling, she goes the extra mile to help her clients in any way possible. When not working, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids. She also loves camping, cooking, crafts and gardening.
